News of 12 August
Two new English people , Mary and Peter, have joined the club 2 months ago and play with Nanette & Francis. The latter have been back to the homeland for 3 weeks holiday to see family & friends.
Robin & Gill return on the 24th September, Bunty & Graham on the 17th September.
Maurice, who has been unable to play petanque or do much else because of his Myeloma has now been told he is in remission after months of tough treatmentand will return to Tenerife with Chris in early November.
The bad news is that Marika is still very poorly. Her blood count is very low and she is still critically ill.
We look forward to seeing all our friends soon, catching up on news and to another great winter in Tenerife
